Shipping and Delivery

The shipping and handling costs are included in the asking price for this listing and is for curbside delivery, other delivery services can be arranged. Please contact us for details and pricing at jlf@mangohome.com Pick up is allowed at our local warehouse and is free. Shipping time is usually from 3-5 days (unless item specifically states otherwise) after date of purchase on most items. For custom orders, special order lead times and combined shipping of 2 or more furniture sets please contact us for rates at jlf@mangohome.com. We ship to the 48 continental states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and some other areas like NY, MA, WA, VA, NH and some other areas that requires other transportation than truck will have additional fees that needs to be quoted directly before order completion, e-mail us at jlf@mangohome.com to get you quote. We also ship to Canada & Mexico, contact us about shipping requirements. Buyer will be responsible for any applicable import Duties, Taxes, Customs or Brokerage fees. For any additional information, please contact us at jlf@mangohome.com. If you are shipping to a different address than the one left on your file, please add this address to your profile account prior to purchasing. Please make sure to include your best contact phone number, the freight company will be contacting you to arrange delivery when your products reach the local station. Shipping Damage Info: Be sure to inspect your delivery, note and document (IE pictures) any damages or shortages on the Bill of Lading. Make certain you specify if any boxes and cartons are ripped, open or crushed. All damages must be reported as soon as the freight arrives and is inspected, otherwise Carrier will not accept any claim. See your Warranty Policy for details. A picture of the damage will be asked. In the case of damage, we will offer you a replacement or full refund as long as all damages are specified according to the above directions. Refunds are given upon receipt of freight claim repayment.

Warranty

We guarantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. There is a 1 year manufacturer warranty on powder coated aluminum frame, 1 year for wicker, foam cushions and fabric. Notes: Cushions foam and fabric covers are meant to be exposed to weather conditions, but are not stain proof, waterproof or to remain on wet areas for extended periods of time. Dark & Bright fabric colors will fade depending on exposure to sun light; this is normal unless upgrade fabrics are specifically ordered by customer; prices on them will vary. We recommend to cover them when it won't be used so you can extend its usable life. Tables with a glass top have a magnified UV sunlight effect. If these tables are going to be in direct sunlight year round, we recommend they be covered when not in use to prevent damage and extend the life of your product. All table glass is tempered, even though it is designed for more durable usage do not place heavy objects, sit, lean or stand on the table. Acts of Nature, dropping items on the table or improper usage voids the warranties. (Please consult your home or business insurance policy to make sure that outdoor furniture can be covered under your policy). Returns

We understand your concern and strive to offer 5 star service at the best possible price, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You will have 3 days to return your purchased merchandise for any reason. All products must be in the exact packaging (Bags, Boxes, strapped and palletized) and in its original "as new" condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees as well as original shipping fees, even if the item was purchased as "free shipping". In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged or missing, we will offer you a replacement or full refund as long as all damages are specified according to the below directions.
