Notes: Cushions foam and fabric covers are meant to be exposed to weather conditions, but are not stain proof, waterproof or to remain on wet areas for extended periods of time. Dark & Bright fabric colors will fade depending on exposure to sun light; this is normal unless upgrade fabrics are specifically ordered by customer; prices on them will vary. We recommend to cover them when it won't be used so you can extend its usable life. Tables with a glass top have a magnified UV sunlight effect. If these tables are going to be in direct sunlight year round, we recommend they be covered when not in use to prevent damage and extend the life of your product. All table glass is tempered, even though it is designed for more durable usage do not place heavy objects, sit, lean or stand on the table. Acts of Nature, dropping items on the table or improper usage voids the warranties.
