Product as listed. They packaged it quite well and took forever to remove all the tape, etc. The only problem was the shipper. The shipper said he had stopped by at our house and no-one was there. Since the garage door was open, he should have known someone was home. Supposedly he left a message, but there was no message on the door either. He also had a phone number, but no call either. It took Mango Home to fulfill the order 3 days. It was ordered on 7th (Friday) and received it on the 17th (Monday). I did order the cover, so I am hoping it isn't as bad as a previous reviewer said regarding rain.

I bought this before the summer it was shipped within two weeks and the crating was excellent . I have enjoyed the piece all summer long it is sturdy ,very comfortable and above all quite a handsome piece. The issue is that if left exposed in rain the cushions tend to hold water and I think it is the fabric creating the problem as I have to stand the cushions on end and the water flows to the end that is common with the terrace and slowly drips out this can take several hours and of course it depends on how bad a storm it is but I find even a short summer rain shower effects the cushion. I ordered a cover at $174.00 dollars from Mango home clearly well made .sturdy and beautifully covers the whole sectional and coffee table easily.The issue here again is that the rain penetrates the canvas and you have wet cushions again in a light shower it appears ok but anything more you have wet cushions again,not very protective...Coming into winter I will have to tarp this then cover with the canvas to protect from the inculcate weather. I would by this piece again because of the styling..beware after a storm to get a wet bottom prior to draining.

Would rate a 5, furniture is gorgeous,but missing 2 back grey pillows and three cover I ordered and paid for. Once the outstanding parts are received will rate a 5. I love the outdoor set.

After two horrible experiences (one with Zuo Mod & one with Wayfair) purchasing a conversation set, we found MangoHome from searching through Houzz. We narrowed down our search from about 15 other selections. We placed our order on Sunday and it arrived to Orlando from Texas on Friday. It was on two pallets packed very nicely and unloaded like a glove. All the metal was nicely wrapped. After removing the plastic, setting in place and placing the cushions, we had an absolutely stunning conversation set. The quality is worth every penny and a great value at that. I wish every remote buying experience was this amazing. I am super grateful for the experience
